ABC Demo Optimizer Lesson in Academy

I followed the directions in the lesson Anaplan Optimizer where the quantity and the total cost should be results from running the optimizer as set up in the course.

When I fun the process "Find Solution" I get a Process failed error

Additionally, there are no values in my quantity module not in the shipping cost module. I was certain I followed the directions correctly, but now I don't know what I have missed. Has anyone else had this problem with the result of this course? Any ideas how to correct it?

Hi @charlotte.chiasson, I was able to reproduce the error you received. It looks like there's a small correction needed in the instructions. Please bound the variable with a minimum of 0 since negative units do not make sense as shown in the below screenshot. After making this adjustment and adding the values found in the designing the dashboard section, I was able to proceed and solve the problem using the optimizer. Happy modeling!
