A customer of mine is trying to download the Data Hub model in sprint 1 of MB Level 2, but he can't download it (he already tried with a browser change). Error below:
Has anyone encountered or is encountering the same problem?
I typically experience this problem when having to download a training model to our workspace.
No clue why we have this problem, but Anaplan Support can help upload the model to the the workspace.
