I'm looking to create a bulk copy action that allows me to select the source and target list items at runtime / when the action is run.
I have some vague recollection I saw this available at one point with my own eyes, but everywhere I look on Community I find old posts that refer to the feature not existing.
However, I do see the feature mentioned here:

But the checkbox for "Select the source and target list items when the action is run" isn't an option when I go to create a bulk copy action.
All I see is the plain old bulk copy action we know and love.
Also, as an entirely separate topic…I'm just now noticing 2 menu items for "Update Current Period…" which I don't recall having existed previously. Any ideas as to what's going on there?
