Import process ends with OK result but there is no data in the destination module (Line Item)

Hi,

Please correct me if this is not the appropriate forum to share these questions; however, I will detail the import process.

• Source Module Dimensions: Month, Client, Product, and Channel (where Channel is an attribute of Client)
  
• Destination Module Dimensions: Month, Client, Product, Channel, and Scenario
  The destination module has an additional dimension: Scenario
  

I have generated an import view for both the source module and the destination module.
- Import view for the source module
Pages: Line Item (Sales)
Colums: Time
Rows: Product, Client y Channel
- Import view for the destination module
Pages: Scenario (Filtered through a module enabled with Data Entry) y Line Item (Sales)
Columns: Time
Rows: Product, Client y Channel

The import mapping looks like this:

I only map the Sales item:

And when i run the import…

But there in no data in the module (Line Item = Sales)….

Have you tried using the "Match names" option within the Time mapping? It appears you are doing a module to module import where the same monthly time scale is used in both, thus there should be no need to specify an alternative period mapping.

Also, be sure to double check your source module. From the screenshot you attached, all the visible rows are zero so thus that is the same value you would expect to see in the target module.
