Generally that meaning that the source module, in this case 'TRA01 Shipping Metrics by Week' has a dimension (applies to) which is within the same hierarchy as your target module. This error indicates that you have not provided a relevant criteria to bridge or lookup the value between levels.
Within the SYS08 module, look at the format of the "Product" line item, does it match to the dimension in the TRA01? The lookup formula is defining the relationship between the levels, so you must ensure you are selecting the relevant criteria to lookup that parent to child relationship.
