hi @mccarth3, I saw the screenshot and seems like you haven't populated the G2 list? as it is a hierarchy, do make sure you have the parents populated before loading the descendant.
I hope this helps.
hi
There is no G2 list
@Kanishq17 & @MayraS thank you. Here is my import for G2 Country:
Here is my error message:
G1 Region output:
G1 Region import:
I'm not sure why I'm still getting an invalid parent message.
first need to load regions list
@Kanishq17
This is what my import looks like for G1 Region. I originally had Column header mapped to Parent and code mapped to code but changed it to the below. But I am still getting a parent error message.
I don’t think parent of your G1 Region should be “code”, I assume “code” is the code of the Region itself? theres no parent for the Region
its just All Regions
also, you will still get the same error for G2 and G3 if you haven’t sorted G1 upload
Updated my G1 import to this:
When I do G2 Country I am still getting a parent error.
G2 Import:
G2 Parent error message:
G2 output:
I'm still doing something wrong!!
