Management Report allows for dynamic filtering, but columns don't dynamically change

It's now possible to use the additional insights to have dynamic filters, however the columns in the table are fixed widths. It's quite unfortunate that the ability is added, but the layout isn't dynamic.

I understand that a report is more fixed, but adding dynamic columns would really help make the management report function more useable by our users.

Does anyone know a work-around?

While there is no native "auto-fit" setting for dynamic columns yet, a common workaround is to use field parameters to let users toggle specific columns on or off, reducing clutter. Additionally, you can set column widths to a minimum and enable horizontal scrolling or use "Stacked Bar" visuals to represent dynamic data without hitting the layout Official Happy Rewards constraints of a standard table.
