Excel Plugin asks me to log in

Hi,
I am trying to create a new Anaplan Connection using the excel plugin.
It asks me for an environment and I chose the default one (https://us1a.app.anaplan.com).
It then asks me to connect with my Anaplan account but it just says :

The Anaplan server returned an error: Authentication Failure. If you're unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your account may be locked. If you are using the Anaplan login page, click the 'Forgot Password' link. Otherwise, contact your Anaplan administrator or Anaplan Support. (FAILURE_BAD_CREDENTIAL)

We usually use Office 365 SSO to log in to https://portal-ca.fluence.app/.
I tried registering for the Support Portal but it asks for a Company Registratrion Code which I couldn't find either.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi -

Let's start with the basics (sorry for the annoying questions) - but check that you do have an active account with Anaplan. Do you know who your company's Anaplan admin is? They will likely also know or be able to identify your support portal admin.

Have you previously used AXL/Fluence to connect to any Anaplan models?

@RaphSimardIM - Try to make a new connection in new excel with the same configuration i.e. default one and close the existing excel.

Also, make sure you are opening the Anaplan XL in the Excel App and not the browser.

Sometime there is issue in browser so I would recommend using Anaplan XL in app.
