Finding the lowest element

Hi, I have the following problem to solve and I’m not sure whether it’s even possible in Anaplan.
I have List A with a certain number X of elements. For selected elements from List A, based on which I create a subset, I determine the components that make up each element. There can be a maximum of 6 components. Each line item Component (1–6) is dimensioned by List A.

The problem I’m facing now is how to indicate, for each element from the subset, its intersection with every element of the list — as shown in the last table?

Yes, it is feasible to do this in Anaplan.

Have the same codes for your fake subset list A as your subset A list and create a mapping between the 2. Create a new module at fake subset A list and lookup the values from module 2 which is at subset A list using the mapping you created.

In the final module have the formula as item(List a)=component line item 1 OR line item 2 or line item 3….. (From the new module just created above)


Btw, is this a BOM structure that you're trying to set up since I noticed some elements are components of each other? Setting the structure up as a numbered list hierarchy with a flat list mapping would also help in this situation in that case.
