Is there any module-level setting that affects date display format?

I'm currently preparing for Anaplan Level 1 certification independently and came across something I'd like clarification on.

In the same model (Classic view), I have two modules where a line item formatted as Date is displaying differently:

One module shows dates in dd-mm-yy

The other shows mm-dd-yy

Both modules:

Are in the same model, Are viewed by the same user, Have line item format set to Date

, Do not use TEXT() or any date-to-text conversion

Is there any module-level setting that affects date display format?

@sai123 - It looks like both the modules are showing mm-dd-yyyy as your start date seems to be 3rd of Jan and hence is true also for Feb, which would have been false if it was 1st of March.

Thank you for the clarification. I realized the issue occurred because I imported the data in YYYYDDMM format instead of YYYYMMDD. Is there any way to correct the format within the model without re-importing the data?

Hi @sai123 : The date type format display follows the user’s browser language/locale settings.
