Cannot access Talent Builder Registration Form after completing The Anaplan Way

Hello,

I recently completed "The Anaplan Way" course on Anaplan Academy using my account and the status is marked as Completed in My Learning.

However, when I try to access the Talent Builder Registration Form from the Talent Builder Center, I receive the following message:

"Course not available – You cannot access this course, please contact your administrator."

I am using the same email account that I used to complete the course.

I have also already contacted talentbuilder@anaplan.com but have not yet received a response.

Could someone please help me understand how to unlock access to the Talent Builder Registration Form?

I get the same message when I try access the talent builder form, but I already have a learning plan tied to my account. So this is expected for me I guess. May I know if you used a personal account that is not tied to any learning plans from Anaplan (like your Gmail) or a work account

Since you have already contacted talentbuilder@anaplan.com, that is the correct team to assist with enabling access.

In the meantime, please ensure that:
You are logged into Anaplan Academy with the same email account used to complete the course.
Your account is not associated with a corporate Anaplan tenant, as Talent Builder is typically intended for individual learners.
