We would like to ask about an issue with the Intercompany Matching Report.
We have executed intercompany matching; however, the results are not being reflected correctly in the report.
We have outlined the steps we implemented below and would appreciate it if you could advise whether anything is missing or incorrect in our process.
Steps performed
- Imported data that should trigger intercompany matching into the Consolidation model
- Executed Run All
- Confirmed that the process completed successfully in the process status and Intercompany matching Report is enabled
- Opened the Intercompany Matching Report

We completed intercompany Matching/Booking, Consolidation Rule`s configures, and Consolidation Rules linked Consolidation property of Account dimension.
We have performed the same steps across multiple tenants, and in all cases, the results are not reflected in the Intercompany Matching Report.
