400 error when using From Action

Question

hi,

I'm receiving this error when trying to create item in numbered list item.

My list has a display name property (used only to display name, never in modules)

In form Action I ask user to give display name and other informations about the item (informations are line items in associated modules).

It seems that when I ask only property of list information it is fine, but when I try asking for both List and module informations it fails

Isn't forms supposed to give this abbility ? Do you have any advice ?

I have to have a display name since user later on should select one of the item

😂 Ah makes sense! The error reasons shown on UI should improve and make more sense.

from the screenshot it appears like both users tried submitting at same list position and one was successful and one failed

@SanthoshS I have to have them in one form only for business purposes

But I think I found the solution, error in Anaplan says the problem comes from changes in model structure but actually I had DCA on those items so …. Not helping 😅

Now that I deleted the DCA it works perfectly fine

will test this and update here! But wondering why can't we use form to create only the list item and then use a staging module to enter data for that item in modules. Doesn't this approach work well for you?

to confirm my understanding last 3 sections are line item. Am I correct?
