Anaplan Excel Add-In SSO

Hello,

I am working for an implementation partner where both my current client and my company use SSO to log-in. When accessing models via the browser, my workaround to ensure that I'm not redirected to my company's SSO is by using incognito / private browsing. However, I'm unable to do this when signing into the Excel Add-In. Is there a way I can workaround this?

If you have access to the workspace admins for the models you need, can they remove Single Sign-On from your user profile?

This will allow you to sign in with your standard user name and password.  If you have not previously set up a password and you are not prompted when you log in via email, you can select forgot password and create a new one.

I think so, but it will take time with the client. We are in the design phase, so I don't have enough time to wait for that. If this is the only way, then we will ensure that we have username/pw access instead when we are in implementation phase.

Would you be able to set up your user at the client as basic authentication (user name / password) in the models you need for the Excel Add-In?
