Guidance Required on Converting Visitor User to Internal User

Hello everyone,

We are encountering an issue with user access. Specifically, we need to convert a visitor user into an internal user.

Could you please confirm whether this change can be performed by the Tenant Admin, or if support from the Anaplan team is required?

I dont think Tenant Admin can change the visitor access. Please contact Anaplan support
