Trying to find a way to flag matches in two line items in the same module.

So my module is dimensioned by Employee to Territory, the two line items (Shared Territory and Territory) are both dimensioned by Territory Flat and I want to flag the line where the shared territory = the territory. I've been trying a few different things but can't seem to get it to work.
