Unable to fetch the data from the file

Hi everyone, I’m a new learner in Anaplan. I’ve imported data into my model, and all the steps seem to be correct. The source file contains the required data, and I’ve followed the process carefully, but the data is not getting created/updated in the model as expected. Could someone please help me understand what might be going wrong?

I have  cleared it . Its an mapping issue.
