"No data" in UX page

Hello all, I’m having an issue in a UX page where a ‘No data…’ message appears, even though I’m normally supposed to display the code and description of an item.

The only way to make the data appear again is to clear the navigation data. But I have to do this several times a day. Has anyone already encountered this situation?

Hi @Elo1710,

I am wondering if you are using the Users dimension (as a filter criteria) in your navigation criteria? It sounds like a spot you would be. It also sounds like there may be conflicting criteria or Selective Access involved if non-WS Admin. If you can eliminate those being an issue and it still doesn't make sense, I have found where rebuilding the UX page has resolved issues where everything else looks good.

Thanks for the context. Yes, maybe check that the filter option in the toolbar is applying filters across all combined sections. It sounds like there is a filter conflict.

@Elo1710 - Can you turn on the context selectors/labels on that card & compare both the selections? It looks like the line item published is on a subset of a list & hence on certain members showing No Data.
