Powerbi Issues

Question

Hello - I've had perfectly working powerbi extract from Anaplan until this Monday. We havent introduced any changes in the model. The query fails in the navigation step right after source. I get the error "The column: Column1 not found in the table". Experimenting with a clean file i get the same error before i do any transformations. All Export actions that have been set up have completely vanished from powerBI view. I can physically see them in Anaplan but they don't show up in PowerBI

Just wondering if anyone else is having this issue.

Hi @KartikP,

This is to validate that the Anaplan API is responding to your requests and eliminate the Anaplan API as a cause of the issue. It is a simple and tested approach to doing so. If the API is working (returning a valid response) then issue is:

* Is list empty?
* What is different than before when it worked?
* Are there PowerBI authentication or configuration issues?

@vanreign  - can you help me understand what this would help with - is it to confirm that the "exports" are available for other apps?

Have you tested the Anaplan API with:

GET /2/0/workspaces/{workspaceId}/models/{modelId}/exports

?
