I am working on Level 3 V1 section 6.3, I would like to know if the Example is what given is right

I have tried a few different ways and have not come up with these numbers.

The example is right.

My top level is correct but my lower levels do not add up to the examples

I keep getting this wrong, despite matching all examples.
