Anaplan L3 Model history upload issue

Hi,

I successfully completed my Anaplan L3 course and both exams on Anaplan Academy. While submitting the sales planning model history by mistake I uploaded the Model history of DataHub Model. How can I resubmit my actual L3 Sales planning model history ?

Please suggest.
