Model Calender for one of the modules

Hi,

I noticed that the Data Hub model calendar is still set to FY25, while the FP&A model has already been rolled forward to FY27.

Previously, we were able to load FY26 data without issues, but after creating the new period in the main model, the Data Hub modules (e.g., DAT06 P&L TB‑D) no longer show Apr 26, and the recent upload for Apr 26 did not load into the module.

Could you please confirm if the Data Hub model calendar and related time settings (e.g., current period/system modules) need to be updated to enable FY27 periods before continuing with actuals uploads?

Hi @jyoti.rane2412 Since the DH (Data Hub) already has 5 future years defined, there’s no need to extend the model calendar.

• The issue is most likely in the Time dimension mapping within the module where you’re uploading data. If the import process is not aligned with the existing time dimension, the data won’t load correctly.

• To troubleshoot, we’ll need to look at the upload module screenshot (SS) you mentioned. That will help confirm whether the time mapping is set properly (e.g., whether the source years are aligned with the model’s time dimension).
