Unable to open a model

Question

Hello!

We’ve been experiencing a critical issue for the past 2 days with one of the development models within a workspace that contains multiple models (both production and development).

When trying to open this development model, an error appears and we are unable to access or work in it.

All other models in the workspace are working correctly.

Could someone please help us or put us in contact with Anaplan technical support so we can resolve this as soon as possible?

We have already raised a ticket but have not received a response yet, and this issue is blocking our work.

Just to confirm, you've raised it via the support portal at

(click the register/support portal button on the top right)?

We typically get responses within the hour so if it's been days, it sounds like you may have raised via the now legacy anaplan support email address. Failing that, I'd be raising with your Anaplan business partner as an escalation.

Yes, yesterday we checked Anaplan Status and noticed the issue. However, the incident has now been resolved. Do you know how I can report a new issue? We have opened a ticket with Anaplan Support, but nobody has responded to us…

There was an issue reported. Try to re-open. Also check if any other person is doing any structural change or import separately.
