REP02 Size Margin Report Module in Lesson 8 Activity 8.8.3

Hello everyone, I am going through the L1 model builder course, and I am stuck at the activity 8.8.3 "Add Size Margin Report Module". I think I am doing the right things, but in certain combinations, I don't see values in my module.

I am attaching all of the screenshots in this docx file.

In fact, after creating this thread, I also noticed the same thing happens on REP01 Country Margin Report module, as well. When the location selection is the region, I don't see any values in REP01 nor REP02.

I'd appreciate if somebody can help me.

Update: I figured it out. The Summary method wasn't set to SUM, but was stuck on NONE.

Congrats on successfully troubleshooting the issue! This is one of the most important skills you can learn with the model building courses.

A bit of additional context. The default method for a numeric field is None, as this helps to ensure that aggregations are intentionally enabled to avoid unnecessary aggregations which can impact model performance. As part of model building we should ask ourselves if aggregations are needed (for downstream calculation reference or end user reporting) and if so what summary method makes the most sense as SUM is not always the most logical method. Hope this extra tidbit helps to understand a bit of the rationale behind the model building experience.
