Does everyone who applied with the last PSA program Changes haven't received their PSA Certificate?

I applied for PSA back in November 2025. did L3 and the exam and all and i have been a model builder since 2022.

is everyone the same or there's something wrong with my application?

i tried reaching to Academy but they say they have no update in my case.

I had the same response some time back too! just got contacted and apparently the model history and blueprint was the issue, i submitted the blueprint as CSV and it was supposed to be XLS and that made my application on hold, so you might want to check on your team member if he submitted the correct format and why their application might be on hold.

Hello, FYI - I dropped an email to the Anaplan Support team to check the certificate status of one of our team members.

Their response was: "We apologize for the delay in our response, as we are currently receiving a higher volume of applications than anticipated. Please be assured that your application remains under active consideration and has not been overlooked. We will continue to raise this issue with our Partner Success team for their attention.

While, we are unable to provide specific timeline for this stage,we are carefully working though each application and we will touch as soon as there are any updates".
