I tried using create chart from a grid, but step 2 is unavailable and grid logo is grey. Any idea why ?
The grid icon is usually greyed out because the source grid doesn't contain chartable numeric data, or the view configuration isn't supported for chart creation. Check that the grid has numeric line items/measures and a valid row/column structure. Also verify you have Page Builder access.
