I'm posting because two of my coworkers are trying to use the Anaplan Excel Add-In Series 4, but they're running into an issue during the connection setup process.
When they go to New → New Read-Only Connection (or New Connection) and reach the "Select a Customer" step, no customers appear in the dropdown list. The list is completely empty, so they cannot proceed to select a workspace or model.
They recently changed the password to Anaplan, but both users are able to log in to Anaplan through their web browsers and have access to their models.
Has anyone experienced this issue before? If so, what was the cause and how were you able to resolve it?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
