Bulk Copy Failure

The Bulk copy at my org has failed for some reason, The bulk copy was run from the versions tab, and a specific list was used (which is production data ticked). What sort of trouble shooting can one do for this issue? I cant run the bulk copy from the actions tab as it wont show the list (being production data ticked). And im not sure how to view exactly what the bulk copy is doing differently than last time.

Hi - we've had the same issue recently (post ~23rd of July)

Engineering and support have confirmed this is an Anaplan issue; we're awaiting an ETA on resolution but is impacting monthly processes for us.

If you raise with support, I expect they'll indicate the same and provide a workaround (which doesn't work for us).

Start by checking the Model History for any errors during the Bulk Copy and verify that the production list and its members haven't changed since the last successful run. Also confirm there are no model locks, permission changes, or inconsistencies between the source and target versions. Since the list is marked as Production Data, it is expected that it won't appear under the Actions tab. If no clear cause is identified, contact Anaplan Support with the failure details so they can review the backend logs.

Thanks Luke, They eventually did fix it, and the workaround involved a production data ticked list so didnt work for us either. I hope we can get a reason as to why it occured.
