Since account targets are allocated by the ratio of previous year revenue, an account with no history would get a target of zero. Is that expected, or do new accounts get a target another way?
One approach could be to create an Account Mapping module where an existing account can be mapped to a new account, allowing its historical revenue to be used for target allocation.
Alternatively, if there isn’t a comparable existing account, you could define a separate rule using a benchmark, expected revenue, or an approved manual target. This would avoid defaulting all new accounts to zero and make the target-setting process more flexible.
