I just had the most unenjoyable experience in speaking with someone from the Academy tech support. Level 2, Dynamic Cell Access 2.4.5 has a model to download. Seems simple enough. However, what they fail to remind you in the training video or anywhere on the screen, is that if you don't have the Page Builder privileges then it will FAIL to bring in the entire model shown during the training. In other words, you will not be able to perform the tasks alongside the training videos because the system just DOES NOT include all the pertinent PAGES.

There is no page for step #2. I've looked everywhere in the model. All Lists, Modules, Pages, and even the Model Map. Am I missing something somewhere?
Their response:
Please be advised that we are unable to provide further hints or tips regarding the training contents for Level 1 as this needs to be figured out by learners themselves.
It is intended to require learners to use their individual knowledge and experience to build models and meet the requirements of the training.
I had not asked a single question on how to build something in the Level 2 training, only why I could not VIEW what I could not VIEW. It is not clear that lack of Page Builder access would mean downloaded model too would not contain pages.
I forwarded this response to my representative with Anaplan along with more details on what is missing. Just a general reminder in the module that Page Builder access is necessary would have saved me hours of frustration.
