"Failed to retrieve field list" error when importing saved view across models

Hi everyone,

Has anyone run into this issue before?

I am trying to import data into a Marketing model list using a saved view (Update B3 Product Dist in Mktg) from a source model (FinancialPlanning_Dev_Polaris). However, when I try to set up the import action, I get the following error:

Select SourceFailed to retrieve field list from the selected data source. Please check your import settings and try again.

What I've tried so far:

I initially thought the saved view might be empty, so I populated/forced values in the view, but the error persists.
The saved view is saved properly in the source module (SYS B3 Product Distribution Attributes).

Has anyone encountered this specific error during model-to-model imports?

Could you please share screenshots showing the Source Model Name and Target Model Name, along with the View Name (Module / Saved View / List)?

I think the source and target are different models here, right?

Could you please check the mapping in the Source Model Mappings section under the Settings tab?

Check whether you still have access to the source model and workspace, including the modules and lists used by the saved view.
