MFP - Unable to View the LRP Plan

Hello All,

The modules in the MFP model (DAT010 - Retail Based Historical Actuals, DAT020, DAT030, DAT040, DAT050, and DAT060) are already available, and the data for the different plans has been loaded.

However, when I open Page 5000 - Seed Long Range LRP and select Seed Selection = LY, the following metrics are not being populated: BOP, Total Sales (R), Total Sales AUR, Receipts, EOP (R).

Could you please help why these values are not being populated despite the required module data being available?

Hi Ravi,

When I get encounter situations where values aren't calculating, I find it helpful to drill down (F8) on one of the cells to understand the origination. I then work methodically to trace the series of modules references to understand if there is a missing input (think calculations drivers), a mapping issue (think hierarchy configurations or list to list mapping via properties modules), or a process dependency (think sequential steps that may need to occur before data is available).

Generally if you can determine the root cause and resolution for one line item, that helps to resolve all the others.

Often times when working with Long Range Planning, the planning grain and process timing will differ from the core operational planning. This can mean there are process dependencies and data translations as you aggregate the operational plan as a baseline to commence the long range process.
