The problem has been sorted. At the bottom of 1.4.1 there was instruction to verify that all the line items in the Data Hub Sys04 Product Details are populated. It was not the case in my instance of Anaplan. Once SYS04 is populated with Products.csv, and following the instructions, the error was not encountered.

Please refer to the screenshot below for your reference. It looks like the line item formats are not correct in your screenshot.

Please correct them accordingly.

Not sure why the list was created as a hierarchy. Please maintain it as a flat list in the Data Hub model and avoid creating hierarchies unless required.
