Ran into two issues this morning with selective access, and no items available for selecting

Hello,

One of my models is generating this issue:

"PLANNED Position # has selective access enabled and you may not have been granted access to any items." When I try to adjust the selective access, it then says "no items to select".

I'm unsure what caused this issue and how to correct it. Any help sincerely appreciated.

It looks like selective access is enabled for one of the lists, but no items have been assigned to the user.

Approach 1: Go to the Users tab and select the required items or the top-level item for the user.

Approach 2: Navigate to the General Lists section, open the relevant list, switch to Grid View, and assign the required access accordingly.

It looks like Selective access is turned on for your lists, but you don’t have any selective access assigned.
