Greetings ! . Is there a way to find out which user did the last modification in a Anaplan model ?..

Yes, if you are a model admin then you should be able to view the model history (on the settings tab, the 9th item down). You can run the history for the past 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, all time, or a selected date range. The results should include the user's email for every change that was made.
