Don't change tab colour when refreshing view in Excel Add-in

Description:

Excel Add-In: When refreshing report views, rather than changing the tab color upon refresh, please leave original tab color.

Benefit/impact:

We use tab color within an Excel workbook to differentiate financial reports for management. We also use it for organization of data.
