As you can see, there is no options to select "Ok", "Cancel" or "Remove sort" as it should be: I tried to shut down google chrome then started anaplan again but the issue remains unresolved. Please help.

I've seen this and, for me, its been a scrolling issue. In other words, the OK button is there, but its hidden because the pop-up box isn't fully visible.

You can easily get the Ok button, in any screen, by just zooming out the browser screen. Hope this helps.
