Show full numeric value in Drill Down and hover over

When I drill down into a calculated numeric value, I want to see the full numeric value of the source cells that play into the calculation. Right now, I only see the rounded value based on the Number format that I have set for the cell. It would also be helpful to, as a user in a dashboard, hover over a value that has been rounded based on the Number format in order to see the full numeric value.

 

This would help business processes in order to more efficiently investigate how a value was calculated while still providing a user-friendly display of values on a dashboard. The hover-over of the full value allows users to more clearly see the true value that plays into a calculation.
