Top Level on the Users List?

Hello,

 

Is there any way to get around not having a top level on the users list, other than creating a "fake" users list with selective access?

    Unfortunately not at the moment. There are some restrictions on the automated user list for some functionality.

    Feel free to post a request for this on the ideas exchange
