The ability to identify a role in Selective Access for a list as opposed to individual users is needed. If you are able to select a role to provision for certain members in a list, you can add users in and out of that role as opposed to individually selecting users that have access to members in a list. This will not only improve maintenance and sustainability but will allow admins to determine who has which access quicker and more efficiently.
