Add ability to switch between summary and detailed view in Show History

As an administrator or end user, I would like the default view of the History table to only show summary information, rather than all details.

Currently if you have a field with a large value present, the Show History output will automatically adjust the column width to ensure the full value fits in the cell. This is normally fine, but we have clients that have comment fields, so the value could be a paragraph. Under this scenario, the field automatically extends to fit the value, but this pushes all of the columns to the right far off the screen and you must scroll over to see those values.

The client would like to see an ability to toggle between showing the full details versus summary information when showing history with the ability to default either view.
