I normally use firefox as main browser. So my access to anaplan is via Firefox. Recently the keyboard arrows stopped working. I tried to use anaplan in Chrome and it works fine there. Do you have the same problem?

You are absolutely correct and this is a problem with Firefox. You can download an older version, but the problem with that is it automatically re-installs the newer version every time you log in. The other option is to install the Extended Support release.
