I am unable to edit my dashboard all of sudden, eventhough I have full admin rights.

Check whether the page selector is the lowest level or the version is not locked for editing.

To edit the dashboard, click besides the name of the dashboard "Revenue" then you will see the edit option.
There will be two upward arrows.
