Is there any way to restrict users to access Anaplan outside any organisation network?
or If i can restrict a user to export the data outside organisation network for the sake of data security?

There's no platform functionality to support this, but one options would be to set up single sign-on for your workspaces. This would allow you to enable additional layers of security, such as enforcing users to sign on from within your corporate network, two-factor authentication, etc. Hope this helps.
