Error in importing CA Certificate

Hi All,

 We are trying to achieve CA Certificate authentication. While we followed the instructions provided in the link below https://community.anaplan.com/t5/Knowledge/A-Guide-to-CA-Certificates-in-Anaplan-Integrations/ta-p/39305#toc-hId-1363730354 , we got an import success message. But still, we don't find any file imported. The screenshots are attached herewith. Please help us with this. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

     

    Have you checked the second certificate in the list? At a glance, this appears to be the certificate you just imported. Could you select and view the certificate to verify whether the details match?

     The certificate in the screenshot is not the one which we try to import. There is a mismatch in the expiry date of it. We have followed the export steps. Still, we have some options disabled. The screenshots of them are attached herewith. Thank you.

    Did you also review our article for procuring a CA certificate? It has detailed instructions for the specifics required. If not, you should contact the certificate authority who provided the s/mime certificate. There's something preventing you from exporting both the private and public keys, which are required to create the Java keystore.
