Dashboard error

Hi Experts,

 

When I open dashboards I am getting below error. This is the PROD model so I need to resolve the issue ASAP.

 

Please find the below screenshot.

Yesterday I checked, there are no errors but today I am facing this issue.

 

Please help me with this.

    Hi @UMAMAHESH,

     

    Please check whether your Personal Dashboard was switched off by someone accidentally or unintentionally after you had created your view.

    Where I check personal view dashboard in anaplan.

     

    Can you please explain briefly.

    Hi, 

    I guess, you have done some changes(applying filter/hiding/show etc) according how you want the view, Please click on Reset button.

    It will reset to the earlier changes.

    Hi Amrutha,

    The same error showing all dashboards in all models in that particular workspace...

    Where I reset the view of the dashboards. Which model do i reset the view of the dashboard?

    There are 5 models in that workspace.
    The error was showing all models dashboards.

    All models dashboard personal view was enabled.
