fetching Month from a Date we give

I have a use case where I need to find which month does a given date belong to.

I think the INPERIOD() function will work for that.
Or you could do a check using START() and END()

To do this you need to use the formula PERIOD(x), where x is a date formatted line item.

The resulting line item needs to have the Month format.
