Use Anaplan Agile App to write user stories, you can download this from Anaplan App HUB

Not only this app is for writtings user stories, you can also use this for many other purposes (like assign user stories to sprints, to check users stories/sprint progress and assign user stories to model builders..etc)

I either use a template in Excel or have created a simple module in Anaplan and put this into the UX. It usually depends on what the people I'm working with prefer.
