Print or get source to target line item mapping through API

Hi Anaplan community,

       Based on clients needs, I wanted to figure out a way to print out the line items' source --> Target mapping through the Anaplan API. This is when a model builder is doing an import and gets to manually map data from the source file to the target line items but here we can quickly have an array or list of mappings that can be printed on a website/dashboard.
