New UX - Full Access user unable to view



I am building dashboards in the New UX and my colleague is unable to view them.

He is set up in the model as a Full Access Workspace Administrator and can view the model fine, just restricted on the New UX pages.

How do we resolve this?

    Hi @CommunityMember119565 


    This is a setting that the Tenant Admin must change in the workspace settings. 

    It is not possible for a normal workspace admin to change this setting. 


    If you are unsure of whom is the tenant admin it is best to raise this with and they will be able to assist you in making this change and finding out whom your tenant admin is.
